Membership Benefits

Membership Categories
Membership year is 1 April – 31 March. Memberships are automatically renewed on the 1st of April every year.
Ideal for: Boat Owners
Monthly payment: $128.00
Must be over 18 years of age. All boat owners must be a senior member. Member shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Squadron.
Annual Fee $1,536.00
Ideal for: Racing Sailors
Monthly payment: $76.80
Members shall be entitled to sail in all Squadron events.
Annual Fee $921.60
Ideal for: 18 to 36 years of age
Monthly payment: $32.00
Sailing membership for those aged of 18 to 36.
Annual fee $384.00
Ideal for: Learning Sailors
Monthly payment: $180
9 Sailing Courses + Unlimited Club Racing (Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday) + Full access to RMYS Facilities
Annual fee $2160.00
Ideal for: Social butterflies
Monthly payment: $25.00
Must be over 18.
Social Members can race anytime of the year with their 3 free Sail Passes.
Annual Fee $300.00
Ideal for: Sailing Families
Monthly payment: $179.20
The whole family. Comprises of one senior member, one associate member, their children and grandchildren between ages of 6 and 18.
Same rights apply as senior, associate and junior member.
Annual fee $2,150.40
Ideal for: 6 to 18 years of age
Monthly payment: $32.00
Must be between the ages of 6 and 18.
